We offer sameday, early morning, evening, Saturday and Sunday appointments with a private GP or Specialist Doctor, whilst providing a confidential and personal service. Appointments may be made by telephone or email. We have recently opened private clinics in Manchester and Hampshire.

Walk-in patients to our Private Clinic are seen with very little waiting time so there is no need to make an appointment. You do not have to give your real name when you consult us.

THERE IS NO NEED TO REGISTER OR BRING ANY DOCUMENTS WITH YOU FOR A CONSULTATION. PATIENTS MAY WALK IN TO SEE A DOCTOR. WE ARE HAPPY TO TREAT UK RESIDENT OR OVERSEAS PATIENTS IN OUR LONDON, HAMPSHIRE OR MANCHESTER CLINICS.

Results can be obtained by telephone or in person. Our medical team includes both male and female private doctors, Specialists and practice nurses. A chaperone is always available.

We can advise and consult on a wide range of general medical issues including HIV tests, Cancer screening, Dermatology, cholesterol testing, PSA (prostate) screening, blood pressure monitoring, ECG and cardiac screening, audiology, diabetes testing and allergy screens. We can also carry out Russian Visa Medicals including the HIV test required.  Pre-employment overseas medicals are also offered. Well man and well woman Sexual Health screening includes full testing at our STD clinic, and cervical smears using liquid based cytology and HPV testing, including HPV subtypes.

Thyroid and other hormonal profiles are also available. Pre conception and IVF testing including hepatitis B, HIV testing, Rubella and toxoplasma screens are performed on simple blood tests.

Our private clinic in London has a diabetic clinic where we can measure glycosylated haemoglobin and screen for diabetic neuropathy and nephropathy (nerve and kidney complications). We can also arrange retinal screening.

Our Private Doctors have clinical experience in all aspects of general practice with special interest in general medicine, sexual health, HIV, diabetes, gynaecology, oncology and ophthalmology. samedaydoctor is a specialist HIV test London clinic and we can also do Chlamydia Tests in London, Basingstoke and Manchester.  We offer treatment for HIV as well as HIV testing.

We provide a complete medical service - you may use us as your regular private clinic or for one-off consultations in an urgent or confidential situation. We would normally work in collaboration with your usual GP.

Patients may walk in during our opening hours which include Saturday 10 am - 3 pm, Sunday 11 pm - 2 pm Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm. Real names do not have to be given. 

HIV test results are available in 60 seconds by the insti HIV test technique.  HIV testing needs only a finger prick blood sample.

We are a Private Clinic/STD clinic where one can see a private doctor for a routine consultation. In addition at our London Clinic we offer HIV tests and Chlamydia tests. Instant chlamydia tests are available in our London Basingstoke and Manchester Clinics for females, and we also recommend the more accurate 2 day chlamydia test.
